Padraig McManamon is an irish singer songwriter based in Germany. His live performances combine acoustic covers of rock and pop classics from the 60's up to today with his own songs which are marked by honest, down to earth, honest and personal stories.
Padraig McManamon is an irish singer songwriter based in Germany. His live performances combine acoustic covers of rock and pop classics from the 60's up to today with his own songs which are marked by honest, down to earth, honest and personal stories.
Padraig found his way back to music around 2016 where he started to play live with his fried Oliver Jost (bass). In 2019 he wrote hsi first songs and in the same year he performed in the final of the Hessische Rock & Pop Preis. In 2022 he release his first album "Where I'm From" and in the same year he was a winner in the German Rock & Pop Preis in the category Singer Songwriter.
Since then he has published an EP and further singles.
There are several larger concerts planned for the year 2026

The song "Muchacho (for Jano)" is a re-arranged and re-recorded version of the Song Muchacho that was released on the "Where I'm From" album in 2022, and is tributed to Alejandro, a dear friend who passed away last summer.

Debut Album 'Where I'm From'
A childhold dream come true! After finally getting back into music the debut Album was released on 18th February 2022. Eight of original songs plus one further song from Padraig's good friend Oliver Jost who has accompanied him over the last few years. It has been an exciting time, not only discovering his ability to write damn good songs, but the whole process behind putting an Album together, and then seeing and hearing peoples reactions to the songs.
